1. Scope and agreement
These terms apply to the Rank Up Games LLC website, War In Arms: Prime Forces (WIA), related game and invitation services, and inquiries about our studio services. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service.
We are an independent game studio that develops its own games and provides game design, development, and support services to partners. Additional platform, playtest, referral-program, or partner agreements may apply as described below.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Website use and intellectual property
You may use the website to learn about our games, read news, follow official links, and evaluate or contact us about business services.
Website artwork, logos, videos, text, and software belong to Rank Up Games or their respective owners and licensors. Except as allowed by law or separate permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit that material. No ownership or trademark rights are transferred by using the website.
3. Game use, purchases, and playtests
Subject to these terms, applicable law, and the relevant platform license, you may install and play WIA for personal entertainment. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, cheat, or circumvent game security. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not reduce rights granted by a platform license.
Meet the age and parental-permission requirements that apply to the game, platform, and your location. Keep account credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Information about accounts and game data appears in our Privacy Policy.
Prices, purchases, and refund rights are governed by the terms presented for the transaction, platform policies, and applicable law. Game currency and items provide in-game entitlements, not a promise of cash redemption. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Playtests can contain incomplete features, faults, or changing content. Check the published test conditions for availability and progress retention. A project page or news article is not a guarantee of a release date or future feature.
4. Invitations and referrals
An invitation is checked with the selected game's referral service. A code may be missing, expired, disabled, invalid, or at its usage limit. A successful check on this website does not itself redeem an invitation or guarantee a reward.
Any eligibility or reward conditions provided for a particular invitation apply to that invitation. If no reward offer is shown, the link does not create one. Do not use invitations for fraud, impersonation, spam, or other prohibited conduct.
5. Partner and professional services
Website service descriptions and business inquiries do not establish a project's deliverables, fees, schedule, support commitments, or intellectual property terms. A separate agreement governs commissioned design, development, and support work.
For that work, the separate agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. These website terms do not transfer ownership of client materials or replace a confidentiality, services, or licensing agreement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use our website, games, or invitation features unlawfully, impersonate another person, harass others, distribute malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, or disrupt services. Do not exploit game or referral systems through cheating or fraud.
We may restrict or suspend access to the affected service or account to address security threats, cheating, fraud, harassment, or other misuse, subject to applicable law and platform rights. Contact us if you want to ask about a restriction. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable purchase or refund protections continue to apply.
7. YouTube and external platforms
This website uses YouTube API Services for embedded trailers. By using the YouTube player, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's Privacy Policy describes Google's handling of information through that service.
App stores, Discord, and other linked platforms have their own terms and policies. We do not control their services or their policies. Their terms apply to your use of those platforms alongside any applicable Rank Up game terms.
8. Availability and legal rights
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but it may contain errors or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law and except where we have made a separate binding commitment, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that website information will meet every purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability, warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit. A separate partner agreement or applicable game license may contain additional terms for that relationship.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the website and will change the date above. We will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by law. An update does not retroactively rewrite a signed partner agreement or remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
